Knight Frank (Uganda) Ltd is split into three main line services: Property Valuation and Consultancy; Residential and Commercial Agency; and Property Management. The company has pioneered methods of marketing property in Uganda since starting operations as EAPA Ltd in 1997, at which time methods and tools standard in Southern Africa and the West were rarely if ever seen in Uganda. We now have the largest residential agency portfolio of any estate agency in Kampala. Knight Frank Uganda is the preferred commercial and residential agent in Kampala. fully let 15,000 Sq M Crested Towers, Rwenzori Courts and Rwenzori House within the past few years, exceeding both the rental and timing expectations of the owners. The department has also let premises both in sole occupant and multi tenanted buildings to many of the main corporate, aid and diplomatic institutions in Kampala over the last couple of years.
